I birding Broadfording Road near Clear Spring this morning (north of I-70). I had 2 DICKCISSELS in a field on the south side of Broadfording Road after crossing St. Paul Road but before Spickler Road. I think this is the same spot Jim Green mentioned in a recent post. There were also lots of Eastern Meadowlarks and a few Grasshopper Sparrows. Then at the C&O Canal (Cushwa Basin) in Williamsport I had a PROTHONOTARY WARBLER (possibly more than one).
