Bonnie please be careful disclosing locations of wood turtles, we have had some problems in recent years with them being poached for the illicit pet trade. I busted a guy last year who was willing to buy wild caught wood turtles knowing that it was a violation of our natural resources laws and regulations. They are one of several sought after species by collectors and dealers. Nice photos of a nice find. Mike

Birding was settling down to the expected breeding birds. A female WOOD
DUCK on Sidling hill creek. 4 KILLDEER on the rocky island out from the old RR
bridge. Flyover Osprey was beautiful.....
