Hope a note about a Delaware birding location is okay for this list. Today I saw a Common Gallinule at Bombay Hook. The bird was easily visible in the mud at Bear Swamp. Big feet! I had seen one before in Hungary but not in the U.S. so I was really glad. For those who like shorebirds, there were lots of them in Shearness and Raymond pools, both of which are very low. Also a couple hundred Glossy Ibis, many egrets and herons. Lots to see if you don't mind all the biting flies.
