Hi All,
�I got off work early today so thought id stop for a couple things �at Super Walmart Quarterfield road Glen Burnie area . Of course had to check the building for moths (NONE) . But was interesting watching lots of House Sparrows chasing bugs . Why are these Walmarts never at a shortage for House Sparrows. ? There were at least 30 H . Sparrow along the back road of the shopping center here . A huge� open grassy area beyond that . The Sparrows were very active . They looked like they were dancing . Flitting and tumbling . I could not see one single bug and could not figure out what they were chasing. Finally i had to get out of the air conditioned car and take a look . Tiny beige and brown grasshoppers . Yeah pretty much everywhere. I was able to get a couple pics of the ones that landed on my car . Load and I.d. later. Just thought if anyone were in the area maybe they could spot something other then the House Sparrows at the Smorgasborg. Never know
maybe there is a Grasshopper sparrow there !!
