Hi all on Thursday eveing 7-12-12 After some errands I made stop at Kent Narrows near Grasonville in Queen Annes County to view the Black Crowned Night Herons as they left the roost to feed for the night a get a rough count of how many were there as well as other birds on location .Results and list below
Kent Narrows Grasonville
Queen Annes County ,Maryland time 8:30 Pm to 9:00 pm
Black crowned Night Heron 10 total six immature four adults
Mallard 13 two families two female and 11 partly grown youngsters
Killdeer 1
Northern Mockingbird 1
Purple Martin 9
