On the return trip to Annapolis this afternoon, I stopped by
Herrington Harbor Marina briefly where I delighted in finding a juv.
Yellow-crowned and Black-crowned Night Heron. There was a distant
calico Little Blue Heron on the jetty, along with a few Snowy and one
Great Egret. Despite a good scan, I couldn't seem to find a
Tri-colored. ; )
I figured I was on a roll with herons and egrets today.
