Subject: [MDBirding] Black Terns, Holland Point, Anne Arundel County, 29 July

Greetings,

Sunday evening around five PM there was a relatively good sized (compared
to what I typically see here) tern and Laughing Gull flock feeding about a
half mile or so off of my pier. Among the group of over 100 Laughing Gulls,
two-dozen Forster's and a dozen or so Royals were five Black Terns. It is
always a delight to see those guys.

Purple Martins are still hanging around a few of the martin houses along
the waterfront here, and I had a stray Cliff Swallow fly down the shore
line. eBird list is below.

Best,

Todd
