Hi All,
Mary Heubner just called to tell me that she has an immature White
Ibis on the C&O Canal. Easiest parking is where Mexico Farms Road crosses
the canal. Park there (limited to maybe 4 or 5 cars I'm guessing) and walk
east towards North Branch (away from Cumberland towards DC). She says its
not terribly far from where you park. I'm going to head out soon to see it
for myself.
