The entire paragraph about waterfowl is misleading. It implies that there
was an incursion of those species of waterfowl in the last week, but, with
the exception of the Northern Pintails, they are all previously reported
summering individuals.

There have been movements of a Blue-winged Teal, Green-winged Teal, and
Northern Shoveler, which is typical for early August. Northern Pintails
also show up in small numbers regularly in August.

Good birding!
