Bob Augustine called to let me know he saw 624 Nighthawks last evening from his apartment on Viers Mill Road in Rockville. They were flying south. He didn't include the 170 plus that were flying north earlier since they could easily have turned around and been part of the larger group. I guess a few passed by Derwood. I saw exactly one at my property in College Garens. Location, location, location.

Mill Rd) and was pleasantly surprised by at least 10 Common Nighthawks. Not bad
