Somebody used to provide the finch winter food supply estimation�for the North East on MDOsprey.� Don't remember who, but it�gives a pretty good prognostication (good word for Scrabble) of how far the finches might roam during the coming winter season...

On the Potomac near Weverton this morning were a couple of Osprey, one adult BE, herons & egrets galore incl a Great, C geese, swallows, etc.� The Osprey were having better luck than me...
