Hi Lin. I have had 2 Connecticut Warblers at Turkey Point over the past 10 years. It is certainly possible, especially since it is a location of bird concentration.

Both times it was cloudy with a stalled front. I believe it had even rained on both sighting days as well. I don't know if they shoot over us on cold front passages but show up more when they can only migrate in small segments because of the weather not being in their favor to move great distances in one day. Just one of my thoughts.

I would be more excited about seeing a Connecticut Warbler compaired to a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. Also, just my opinion.
