At about 7:10 this morning, several birders saw (and one heard) a pale PHILADELPHIA VIREO in a fallen tree near the towpath just after the small bridge. Warbler tally was much diminished from yesterday: several Black-and-white, several Magnolias and American Redstarts and, for one lucky birder, a Wilson's Warbler. A number of flycatchers around: Great- crested, Pewee, and a few un-IDed empies.
