Ran down to the Central Sod Farm on Swamp Circle Road in southern Anne Arundel at lunch today. Chris Starling was already there and had started scanning the field nearest Muddy Creek Road. He started from the left (north) so I started from the right. Right about when we had overlapped views, I saw a head pop up along the back ridge of the field. I gave him directions and soon he was on it too. Shortly, two more buffies joined in giving us nice looks backed by the deep green of trees behind the dirt ridge. A couple showed up right about then and parking in front of me. Just as they got to where we were Chris and I watched the 3 BBSAs fly to the south then land behind the ridge. Hopefully they'll relocate them. Patience is in order, for sure. Thanks, Dan, for a county lifer!
