If you "google" RAP NEXRAD radar, the first result will take you to a site that shows raw unfiltered radar, it doesn't track bird migration per se, but it will show you the density and direction/speed of biological targets when they are moving overhea, there are also archives available so you can see what happened the night before a particularly good day if you wanted to.
