Subject: [MDBirding] Yard migrants

This morning there was an Olive-sided Flycatcher in our yard. Only the 3rd I've ever seen in Harford.

Other migrants were thin with just a Magnolia Warbler and a Rose-breasted Grosbeak.

Yesterday afternoon was much better. A flock passed through the yard with a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, 2 Black-throated Green Warblers, a Magnolia, a Blackpoll, a Black-and-white, and a Nashville. Kim had a Blackburnian and Rose-breasted Grosbeak earlier in the day.

Our yard count for Red-breasted Nuthatches also increased to 3 yesterday.

Good birding!
