I went for an hour 4-5pm and didn't see a large hummingbird, although the
Ruby-throateds only started arriving in the latter part of that. However I
did find some civilised conversation, which is perhaps more of a rarity in
Baltimore that a Magnificent :-) *
And I have convinced myself I saw quite a* bright Philadelphia Vireo* above
the same stretch of road (relatively bright yellow in throat and greeny
wash on the neckback area).
