Saturday's clear blue sky made it difficult to spot high flying raptors. Even B. Eagles were appearing as specks occasionally! By late afternoon some wispy clouds assisted our scanning. Between 5 and 6 PM about 40 BWs descended across the valley to roost.
Saturday 9/15/12 - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - 20+ observers and about a dozen visitors

N. Harrier - 2
B. Eagles - 13 - most BEs were juveniles, several adults were seen but never headed south
Sunday's sky looked promising, with scattered clouds as a back drop.
Sunday 9/16/12 - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM - 16+ observers and a small number of visitors
