The Sparrow season is well on it's way with the arrival of a couple Swamp Sparrows up at Hashawha/Bear Branch Nature Center. Warblers were VERY abundant as well. I spotted American Redstarts, Magnolias, B&W, Black-Throated Green, Common Yellowthroats, and a HUGE group of Tennessees! I would say I was surrounded in every direction by 15-20 Tennessee Warblers foraging from top to bottom of the different layers of canopies. It was incredible!
Good Birding!
