Hi All,

Slow day at Fort DuPont in SE Washington, DC. Four of us birded the area - Paul Pisano, Rob Hilton and Lisa Shannon and enjoyed the wonderful weather if not the underwhelming bird numbers. Paul was hoping for DC Wild Turkey for September, but in spite of numerous Turkey feathers on the trail, it was nit to be:(

Few highlights, but if we had to put something it caps it would be: NASHVILLE WARBLER, GREAT CRESTED FLYCATCHER, and 7 SCARLET TANAGERs.
