A very enjoyable day at the Cromwell Valley Park HawkWatch as 373 hawks were counted. Birds were seen throughout the day and were spread out across the sky. Highlights included 2 groups of 3 Northern Harriers and a late season push of Broad-winged Hawks. Also noted was the first solid flight of hundreds of Canada Geese. Sharp-shins had a good showing with129 counted. Am. Kestrels were also impressive at 31 seen.
