The Nelson's Sparrow continues in the wetland by the riffle. Traveling with Swamps, White-throats, Songs, and Yellowthroats. Sora and VA Rail vocalized, and I recorded the Sora -- it called a lot. I also had a small mixed flock with a Black-throated Green Warbler, a Myrtle Warbler, and my FOS Golden-crowned Kinglet on the road to the wetland. Baird's Sandpiper is still in the North Cell, and there are a lot more ducks this week compared to last week. Minimal shorebirds.
