Just in case anyone was planning on birding Oregon Ridge this weekend: There is a large encampment of Boy Scouts from the Baltimore Area Council camping at "Rock the Ridge" Camporee. It begins tonight and ends on Sunday morning. This is not just a scout or two - it's the entire Council, with dozens of Troops and Venture Crews attending. Parts of the park will be very crowded!
