Hi All,
FOS Ring-necked Duck at McMillian Reservoir. While I wouldn't think this was noteworthy, looking on eBird there are only 4 other records this fall of Ring-necked Ducks within 100 miles of Washington.
Here's to a hoping for a better second half of 2012 for Waterfowl numbers (waterfowl #s were way down at McMililan Reservoir for Jan - April for 2012 compared to the same period last year)!
