MD Birders:
Anyone who birds in the Clarksburg area (e.g. Black Hill Reservoir) may be interested in the petition described below to protect 10 Mile Creek from more massive development. The Montgomery County Council will consider this matter at 2 PM next Tuesday, Oct. 9.
