Today I checked the Cumberland Terminus, finding very little but I birded a spot I'm calling the Terminus Sparrow Field which may actually be closer to Riverside Park http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S11730674 There weren't tons of sparrows there. Its a little bit grown over now but I did find a Lincoln's Sparrow and some White-throated and Song Sparrows. There was also a Green Heron there and an Osprey flew downriver. Yesterday I birded at Finzel, Piney and Meadows CG where the highlights were Pine Siskin at Finzel (I also had one there previously ... within the past couple of weeks), Ring-necked Ducks and Pied Billed Grebes at LIttle Meadows Lake, Greater Yellowlegs and Great Blue Herons at Piney Reservoir.
Green Heron 1 will post a photo - appeared to be an immature based on some of the feather edges on the wing.
