An excellent day for walking Serpentine Trail but an extremely slow day for birding. A handful of sparrows seen distantly, one little pocket of activity for a few minutes. Tons of blue jays and a murder of crows. RB nuthatch, black-throated green warbler, palm, yellow-rumped, blue-headed vireo. Quiet--but a beautiful, unique spot.
