Great habitat and much of it--but no orange-crowned warbler today. But a variety of good birds. 8 sparrow species, 6 warbler species, winter wren, rb grosbeak, purple finch. Notable were the large numbers of phoebe (13+), rc kinglets, palm warblers, and common yellowthroats. Fortunately the wind was fine until around noon. Some of the birds:

Tennessee Warbler--1
Common Yellowthroat--11
Magnolia--1
Black-Throated Blue--2
Palm--17 (yellow)
Yellow-Rumped--4
Ruby-Crowned Kinglet--33
House Wren--2
Winter Wren--1
Rose-Breasted Grosbeak--2 (young male, female)
Purple Finch--2 (male, female)
Lincoln's Sparrow--2
White-Crowned Sparrow --1 (immature)
