�Any ID suggestions of a small bird I saw hanging out with sparrows today at Wheaton Regional - mostly low in the bushes/weeds but it did go up into the trees.� It was slightly smaller than a sparrow, very green (kinglet like)� back, no wing bars, white belly with no visible stripes, pale vent,� there was a slight hint of yellow at the throat, a dark eye line, small pointed bill.� The back was similar to kinglets as I said but it fed like sparrows - no fluttering.
� Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
It was very birdy today at Wheaton Regional mostly sparrows.� Had terrific views of a cooper chasing a bird through the woods - they move so fast and are so agile - fun to watch (Just glad I wasn't the bird being chased).
