Sheppard made it down to the Oxbow before me. I joined him out in the wetlands. We were hoping for LeConte's or Nelson's Sparrows, but settled for 1 American Bittern, 1 Virginia Rail, 6 Sora Rail, and about 15 Wilson's Snipe.
