It's tough to count all the Ring-necked Ducks Gadwall and Wigeon at the far end of the lake. The gate is closed so I'm birding at the edge of the road at Meadows Lake (exit 22 off I-68). A single Canvasback and Black Scoter are the most notable birds here. Piney Reservoir had very little but some waterfowl there too.
