Ebird has posted an update to their hurricane Sandy article. It could be very dangerous in the morning so be careful. Also, be aware that it may be difficult to access many of the "best" spots.

Our best hurricane birds today were the 13 Purple Finches at our feeder. The trees are really moving out there!
