Hi folks-
I lived briefly in Mississippi, where after big storms like this everyone would rush to the nearest lake to find storm waifs. I attempted the same here in MD this morning, but came up empty. I tried viewing Tridelphia Reservoir from the Brighton Dam Rd., but downed trees had forced local officials. I was only able to scan the lake for about five minutes from the roadside before I had to move on. Other than a pair of DC Cormorants, I saw no other birds. I could not get access from any other points.
It was the same story at the Rocky Gorge Reservoir, where I could not find access to the lake.
Hope you all have better luck,
Nick
