2 am oystercatcher flew by close to shore and landed at pile of rocks off of fort howard just now. 20 min ago, 4 brant flew up the bay toward harford/cecil. Surf scoters going down the bay and black up the bay. Gulls, terns, cormorants, loons, eagles all over. I alert dan haas that I might have a jaeger way out toward bay bridge over half hour ago - Kevin Graff
