Unbelievable but I am eating lunch at the same hunt valley mall chipotle and the same (I presume) BH Gull as last winter is back!!! With 4-5 ring bills. Right behind the new Joe's Crab Shack and right in front of where Best Buy used to be. Saw him first with naked eye then binocs. I do not have a camera with me!
