Hi,

We walked from violettes lock to Riley's on wed. The road to Riley's and the parking lot were flooded, but apparently the waters have subsided since.
We saw a barred owl and ruby crowned kinglets on the walk. No brant, no phalaropes, unfortunately.

Less than 1/2 inch of muddy water on a small section of the road to Riley's Lock. The golfers kicked up several flocks of Canada Geese but I did not find the Brant with them. Most interesting bird was a fly by Laughing Gull.
