Along with great clooks at two Red Phalaropes close in on the Cecil side of Lake Conowingo, there is also a Franklin's Gull near the dam as seen from Fisherman's Park. One Bonie as well.
Many thanks to the birding visitor from PA who cued us in on the Franklin's.
