Was in Hunt Valley Parking lot still when I got there about 12:10PM near the Burlington Coat Factory then flew but I am sure it will land again any minute. Got great looks at the 2 red phalaropes at Conowingo also. Thanks to Rob Hilton and Lisa for showing me where to go and to Bob Ringler for his directions and to whomever spotted the Phaloropes originally.
