Kim just called to say she found a Snow Bunting on the side of Jerry's Road in North Harford. It keeps returning to the roadside after cars flush it.
The location is near the midpoint of Jerry's Rd which runs between Madonna Rd and Fawn Grove Rd. There is a cornfield on the north side of the road near the bird.
Still a bird I've never seen in Harford!
