My first look at feeders this morning had very little activity but at 7:15 a group of siskins, finches and a single RED CROSSBILL showed up at a low feeder only a foot off the ground about 4 feet from my window. It fed steadily for 5 minutes and I snapped off some very poor shots through a wet window and then a squirrel chased off all the birds. I live on the south end of Easton near the YMCA so others should keep a lookout. I'll post a few pictures later if they are any good. I'm off to work now but will check again at lunch.
