The seminal publication on flight calls is the 2002 CD "Flight Calls of Migratory Birds, Eastern North American Landbirds" by William Evans and MD's own Michael O'Brien. It's available here:

I believe the mobile version of the Sibley guide also has a good compilation of various calls, but don't have personal experience with that.
