Just as an FYI, the Bohemian Waxwing's very favorite fruit to feed on in Scandinavia is the mountain ash (also reported to host huge flocks of BOWAs in Quebec last year). I know this is a rare tree in Maryland, but I saw some scattered along the mountain ridges in Garrett Co. this summer.

Happy hunting,
