Probably the most logical thing is for you to share a blank checklist with the other observers so that everyone can have your specific location in eBird then change their personal location to yours thus consolidating all of them to a location where you routinely report. The way this works is you share the checklist, they accept it then delete the checklist leaving the location in their personal location list. Then they either create a new checklist using that location or take the old checklist with their location then change it to yours. I have noticed that the eBird location reports of the birds at my house have been varying wildly. The most accurate one is the one posted by Elaine Hendricks:
39.6030908,-76.1717607

Maybe everyone should standardize on it.
