MD Birders:
I left the bird at 1:15 this afternoon (Tue 11/20).
For those unfamiliar with the area, attached is a large scale Google
Earth view and a smaller scale map of the campgrounds. The viewing
spot is from the end of the pier where the yellow "X" is located. The
bird was approximately where the red circle is. Since you are facing
south, you have to deal with backlighting.
The Welcome Center was locked when I got there just before 1 pm.
