Hi, all -
I drove through the Elliott Island marshes this afternoon on my way home. At 4:05 on my way out, I spotted a Short-eared Owl hunting over the marsh across from the yellow house. Cool! Otherwise pretty quiet - 4 Long-billed Dowitchers were the next best birds. The marsh itself trumped them, though.
