Subject: [MDBirding] eBird Shared Locations--Black-headed Gull, Harford Rufous Hummingbird

Tim, All,

By request, here are links to two more shared locations. If you like tidy eBird maps, please update your eBird reports to use these locations!

Harford Co. Rufous Hummingbird and Evening Grosbeak - thanks, Les!
http://ebird.org/ebird/shared?subID=UzEyMTI5Mzg5&s=t

Baltimore Co. Black-headed Gull - thanks, Russ!

What to Do:

If you've seen these birds or intend to try, simply
follow the links above and accept a checklist. Remember the name of the location listed. Click "View or Edit" and then delete the checklist. Why?
Accepting the checklist added the LOCATION to your list of personal
locations. You can now select it from your list of locations (do you
remember the name?) and see it on the map (good, you don't have to
remember the name). If you go see the bird later, you already have the location
ready. If you already saw the bird, please go to your eBird report(s),
select "Edit Location" and select the new shared location.

I periodically post these shared locations at the following URL:
http://www.billhubick.com/docs/eBird_Shared_Locations.pdf
(Always available from my web site, billhubick.com, under Assorted Documents)

Sharing a location keeps the eBird maps tidy and ensures we don't have a scattering of reports covering 40 square miles for every rare bird that visits Maryland. :)
