NCR Trail = Northern Central Railroad Trail. I think it's now called the Torrey C. Brown Trail, but most birders know it as the NCR. It runs north-south throughout Baltimore County, usually close to the Gunpowder River. There are several parking lots along its length: Hunt Valley, Phoenix, Monkton, etc.
