Jay Sheppard is the OC CBC Compiler and has issued an invitation to help on this year's count. Many MD Birders return to OC at the end of December each year to count birds. I believe it's the biggest MD CBC. With all the rarities showing up within the count circle already, you never know what might be there on count day.
The circle is divided into 10 areas with sub-areas. There is a lot of MD Birding talent involved and this is your chance to participate along side with the best!
If you are not already on Jay's list and want to help, just email him directly(<jmsheppar...>). He'll send you information, assign you to an area leader, and your adventure in OC will begin.
