For some reason my post y'day AM didn't take - I saw the crane flying along Deep Ldg Rd over the aforementioned spot, tho' it did not land. This was my 10th attempt.

So this AM I was back w/camera at ~�9 AM�- unfortunately rather dark this time - and the Sandhill was still in place as reported by Tyler Bell. Attached is a photo to supplement his. From the field he nonchalantly walked across the road to pose in the corner yard, where we left him in peace.

After chasing the Sandhill Crane in Dunkirk earlier this year and chasing this bird 5 times, I was finally successful at 0820 this morning. The bird was in a yard on the east side (right side as you turn) of Deep Landing Road and New Enterprise Court. I uploaded 4 photos:
