Sorry for the late post, but I had 2 Red Crossbills flyover at the Nat Arboretum yesterday afternoon. They were coming from the direction of the Conifer Gardens moving West. Still waiting for WW Crossbills in those loaded hemlocks btw the Asia Gardens and the pond!!
Other highlights were 6 Hooded Merg, an Eastern Phoebe and 2 RB Nuts in the Asia Gardens (which were extremely birdy where there is beauty berry fruiting).
